Starting our daycay

When we arrived at The Four Seasons Doha, we were excited to indulge in a day of relaxation and fun with our Privilee Membership. After a quick and slick check-in process at the Spa reception, we eagerly made our way to the pool and beach area.

The team at the hotel promptly arranged our sun loungers with towels and provided us with a cool bag filled with refreshing ice-cold water for the day. They also presented us with a tasty food and drinks menu, and each sun lounger had a convenient call bell nearby, ensuring that service was just a call away! True five-star style.

The Four Seasons Hotel Doha boasts an impressive selection of stunning pools, each with its own unique charm. There is a large main pool, an adults-only pool nestled in the tranquil caves above, a smaller family pool, and an adorable kids' pool overlooking the marina, featuring dinosaur-shaped rocks and two small slides that our son Leo loved. I lost count of how many times he went down those slides!

Afternoon bites and beverages!

As the sun reached its peak, a waiter surprised us with frozen raspberries creatively presented in a watermelon—a perfect snack to beat the heat.

Feeling a bit hungry, we decided to have lunch served to our loungers. With a five-year-old in tow, it can be challenging to tear them away from the pool to sit in a restaurant. However, we couldn't help but notice the beautiful and idyllic Makani Beach Club, a perfect lunch spot overlooking the beach! My husband and I will definitely visit here soon!

The pool menu offered a great variety of options, and we chose a classic pepperoni pizza and chicken nuggets with chips from the kids' menu for Leo. Both choices were delicious and went down nicely with a few drinks. Break time

If you need a break from the sun, you can take advantage of the complimentary access to the fitness centre, and the health and wellness spa facilities. I chose to visit the spa facilities for a little break whilst the boys played. This area features various whirlpools, saunas, a steam room, Swiss showers, an ice room, and unique jacuzzi chairs - a fab spot for some me time.

Ice lollies and beach walks!

After enjoying some relaxing, I joined the boys and we decided to head down to the beach in the afternoon for a change of scene. The beach is a long stretch of soft, fluffy sand adorned with sun loungers and umbrellas, complete with a picturesque view of Doha's skyline. To our son's delight, complimentary ice lollies were provided on the beach to keep us cool. This thoughtful touch reminded us once again that we were enjoying a daycation at one of the world's most renowned hotel chains - the attention to detail here is impeccable!

Personally, we love this Privilee venue so much because it perfectly caters to the interests of both kids and adults.

Arrive early as it can get quite busy, especially by the pool! Plus, the breakfast at Elements is amazing!
