Registering your children to your Privilee account is important so that you can seamlessly plan your Privilee visits as a family.
Below we’ve outlined the steps to register children to your Privilee account and included some frequently asked questions that you might find useful.
Why do I need to register my kids?
Registering your kids will help us to communicate more relevant information to you! For instance, if you have three kids, we will know to share venues that cater to larger families, or if you have young ones, we’ll tell you where the best toddler pools are, etc.
We would also like to be able to help Privilee venues manage their capacity, by knowing exactly how many Privilee Members are at venues or plan to visit.
How do I register my kids?
Please follow the below steps to register your children to your Privilee account.
- Open your Privilee app
- Go to the “Me” section
- Tap “My Family”
- A + sign will appear at the bottom right of your screen, tap it. (If you already have a partner on your Privilee account - an "add kids" button will appear)
- Select “Add a child”
- Insert your child's details and add a photo
- Tap “Add”
- Repeat the steps for up to three children
- You’ve registered your children, happy Privilee’ing!
After I have registered my children to my account, what do I do?
It's simple, the next time you Privilee, please remember to select your children in the app when planning your Privilee visit, and that’s it!
